For multiple defective or damaged products, the following information is required:

I. The customer must submit a request including a detailed list of affected items and a clear description of the defect or damage.

II. Clear photos of the defective or damaged products are required for verification.

III. PrimitiveIntel will evaluate the case and determine the appropriate resolution, which may include return authorization, field destruction, replacement, credit, or another suitable solution.

IV. The permitted claim period for domestic customers is 3 months from the purchase date.

V. The permitted claim period for international customers is 9 months from the purchase date.
